- Comparison of deployment/installation models in public, private and hybrid cloud.

- Productivity, collaboration, and endpoint management capabilities.
- Basic applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote.
- Collaboration tools: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Work Management: Planner, Bookings, Forms and Tasks.
- Endpoint Modernization: Windows-as-a-Service, Intune, and Autopilot.
