With this training, IT professionals learn how to manage Azure subscriptions, identity security, administer infrastructure, configure virtual networking, connect Azure and on-premises locations, manage network traffic, implement storage solutions, create and scale virtual machines, implement web applications and containers, perform backups, share data, and monitor the implemented solution.
Program
1. Manage Azure Identities and Governance
- Microsoft Entra ID: Create/manage users, groups, and device settings.
- Access Control (RBAC): Assign roles at various scopes, manage custom roles, and interpret access.
- Governance: Configure Azure Policy, resource locks, tags, and subscriptions
- Cost Management: Utilize budgets and alerts.
2. Implement and Manage Storage
- Storage Accounts: Configure network access, SAS tokens, and keys.
- Data Management: Use Azure Storage Explorer/AzCopy, manage redundancy, and replication.
- Storage Services: Configure Azure Files/File Sync and Blob Storage lifecycle management.
3. Deploy and Manage Azure Compute Resources
- Automation: Deploy ARM/Bicep templates and VM extensions.
- Virtual Machines: Create/configure VMs, networking, storage, and encryption
- Containers: Configure Azure Container Instances (ACI), Container Apps, and Kubernetes (AKS)
- App Service: Configure plans, scaling, networking, and custom domains.
4. 4. Implement and Manage Virtual Networking
- Virtual Networks: Configure VNETs, subnets, IP addressing, routes, and DNS.
- Security: Implement Network Security Groups (NSGs), Bastion, and Private Endpoints
- Load Balancing: Configure Azure Application Gateway and load balancers.
- Troubleshooting: Use Network Watcher to monitor connectivity.
5.Monitor and Maintain Azure Resources
- Monitoring: Use Azure Monitor for logs/metrics, KQL queries, and alerts.
- Backup/Recovery: Manage Recovery Services/Backup vaults, backup policies, and Site Recovery.

Target Audience
This course is for Azure administrators. An Azure administrator implements, manages, and monitors identities as well as manages storage, processing, and virtual networks in a cloud environment.
Is prior knowledge required?
To be able to attend this course you need to have:
- Knowledge of non-cloud virtualization technologies, including: virtual machines, virtual networks, and virtual hard disks.
- Knowledge of network configurations, including TCP/IP, Domain Name System (DNS), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), firewalls, and encryption technologies.
- Knowledge of Active Directory concepts, including users, groups, and role-based access control.
- Knowledge of disaster resilience and recovery, including backup and recovery operations.

He is a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and EC-Council Certified Instructor (CEI) with expertise in Microsoft Azure security. Outside of his role as an instructor, Gjorgievski contributes to the IT community through volunteer training and leadership within the PMI chapter.
