Microsoft 365 Administrator is a logical next step for anyone who wants to work with users, devices, and security in a Microsoft environment.
This training covers practical administration and real-world corporate scenarios, what IT administrators actually do every day.
Program
1. Setting up and managing a Microsoft 365 Tenant
- Configuring organizational profiles, subscriptions, and custom domains.
- Management of user accounts, licenses, security groups and guest users.
- Configuring client connectivity and organizational settings.
2. Identity and Access Management
- Implementing and managing Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
- Directory implementation and synchronization, Azure AD Connect, and cloud synchronization.
- Authentication management, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and self-service password management.
3. Security and Threat Management
- Management of security services, including Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and secure connections/attachments.
- Implement threat protection using Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Defender for Cloud Applications, and Defender for Endpoints.
- Security monitoring through reports and dashboards.
4. Compliance Management
- Data compliance management, including retention and archiving.
- Implementing data loss prevention (DLP) policies
- Configuring markers for sensitivity and information protection.
