How the program works?
Build your career in Project & Product Development, step by step.
Each level ends with a simulation you lead on your own: Level 1 with complete project documentation, Level 2 with a Go-to-Market strategy, Level 3 with a delivered Sprint within a team. These are three key strengths you can use in your interview.

Why Choose Our Project & Product Development Academy?
Most academies teach only one role. At Avenga Academy, you learn all three that work side by side every day: the project manager who plans delivery, the product manager who decides what gets built, and the Scrum team that delivers it. That’s why you come out able to speak the language of all three sides – which is exactly what employers look for when hiring for a management position.

Throughout the program, you'll lead three real simulations - one for each level.
During the program you work on
real UI/UX projects!
Project cycle simulation
The project consists of a full project simulation — initiation, preparation of key documentation (Business Case, Project Charter), planning of scope, budget, and risks, through to execution and progress tracking.
The end goal is to develop a project ready for execution, following the PMBOK 6/7 standard, from idea to handover into operations.
You can use one of the scenarios suggested by the mentor, or work on your own project idea.
Product concept development
The project covers market and user needs research, defining the vision, strategy, and Product Roadmap, prioritizing features, and preparing a Business Case.
The end goal is to develop a complete Go-to-Market strategy for launching the product, backed by metrics and data-driven decision-making.
You can use a digital product suggested by the mentor, or develop a concept for your own product idea.
Capstone: Scrum Project Simulation
This project is a capstone practical assignment where you bring together all the skills you’ve gained – defining the Product Backlog, planning the Sprint, and conducting the Sprint Review and Retrospective in a team setting.
The end goal is delivering a working Increment through a full Scrum cycle. A real scenario, a real team, a real delivery.
You can participate in a scenario suggested by the mentor, or simulate the Scrum process on your own project.
International virtual
Internship
One of the strongest aspects of Avenga Academy is the access to global virtual internships.
As a student, you gain access to a platform that connects you with companies around the world.
You don’t finish only with a certificate. You finish with three led projects, documentation, and references.
- Working with international teams
- Working with global companies
- Real-world remote projects
- Building a global network

FAQ
Who is this academy for?
It’s designed for team leads before their first management role, for developers, designers, and marketers looking to transition into a Product Owner or Scrum Master role, for project coordinators who want to formalize their skills, and for founders launching their own product. No IT background is required – Level 1 starts from the basic concepts.
What is the focus, and will I gain practical experience at the academy?
Through the academy, you will gain practical skills and knowledge needed to develop and manage products. You will create a strong business case using tools for product research and discovery, as well as plan, organize, and execute successful projects according to classical and Agile methodologies.
You will get acquainted with the SCRUM framework, go-to-market strategies, data analysis and post-launch metrics tracking, as well as the role of artificial intelligence in modern product and project management.
Why is it important to know product and project management?
A successful business depends on a strong product or quality service. A good idea alone is not enough; a structured approach, clear strategy, and effective management of resources, teams, and time are required. That’s why knowledge in these areas is crucial for anyone looking to create value and achieve results.
What is the format of the academy?
The academy is organized into multiple modules and is conducted through interactive lectures, real case studies, teamwork on practical tasks, and mentorship from experienced professionals.

For installment plans, your presence is only required to sign the notarial contract.
